I was managing both process design, process operations and supporting the IT project.

This included typical project management tasks.  I very much enjoyed this job as bringing change and efficiency fits me well.

    Common: It is good to understand and speak IT when dealing with IT people; End-user-computing (MS Office) skills are very valuable. Being good at both these things gives me an edge in business environments.
